Great to meet you!

Some struggles are obvious. Others are quieter and easier to overlook. Anxiety can exist beneath the surface, perfectionism can look like competence, and a sense of disconnection can arise even when life appears stable from the outside.

I work with clients who feel that tension, where things seem “fine,” but don’t feel settled internally. My focus is on helping clients build emotional stability while also understanding the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, relationships, and sense of self.

My style is collaborative, grounded, and reflective. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to keep performing stability and can begin to engage more honestly with what’s actually there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based strategies for anxiety and emotional regulation with insight-oriented and depth-informed work. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and Jungian-informed perspectives, with additional training in spiritually integrated psychotherapy.

We begin by establishing emotional safety and practical tools to support stability. From there, we may explore the patterns shaping your experience, including how you think, respond, and relate, using reflection, metaphor, and inquiry to support meaningful and lasting change.

This work balances symptom relief with deeper self-understanding, allowing change to develop in a way that is both grounded and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get a sense of what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. We’ll talk through your current concerns, any relevant background, and what feels most important to focus on right now.

I also pay attention to how you’re experiencing things emotionally, not just what’s happening on the surface, so we can begin to understand both immediate needs and underlying patterns.

You can expect a collaborative and steady pace. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. The goal is to begin building a foundation of safety and clarity, and to see whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.
