Great to meet you!

Working in the medical field and private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has afforded me a wide variety of experiences in assisting people in navigating overwhelming situations. Even with a great support system we can feel isolated in the feelings that we are experiencing but we don't have to; together we can utilize specific counseling methods to identify how to best help you find meaning in what is to come, what has been and work to rebuild confidence.

My approach to therapy

I currently specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, and confidence building. Utilizing evidenced based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, assists in guiding clients through difficult times; evaluating potential challenges and moving towards solutions as appropriate. I currently offer telehealth sessions to the adult population (18 and over).

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience a relaxed and non-judgmental session; working to get to know one another and to discuss client goals and desired outcomes. Routine sessions thereafter will address immediate client concerns and consistent work towards goals and outcomes. We will work together to navigate your individual plan of care as we move along your healing journey.
