Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, and life transitions using a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve relationships, and overcome life’s challenges. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and goal-oriented, providing a safe space where you can explore concerns, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and the goals you’d like to achieve. I’ll take time to understand your strengths, challenges, and concerns while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan and identify practical next steps to help you begin making meaningful progress.
