Great to meet you!

I believe that living well with our emotions may not always feel easy, but it is absolutely possible. Emotional wellness is a skill—something we can practice, strengthen, and master over time. By learning to notice both our physical and emotional experiences, we can gently uncover what lies beneath them: our roots. When we address the deeper roots of what we feel, believe, and need, we open the door to true self-acceptance. From that place, we can show up with confidence, care for our own needs, and extend real love and connection to others. For me, this is what genuine wellness looks like—living in harmony with the body, heart, and mind.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework that is outcome-driven and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change. I integrate the structure and accountability of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also bringing genuine compassion and sincere honesty into our work together. This balance allows therapy to be both structured and supportive—holding space for growth, while ensuring that each step moves you closer to your goals.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, I will focus on getting to know you and understanding your history, experiences, and current emotional functioning. We will begin exploring patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while I gather clinical information to build a comprehensive picture of your social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. This session also provides a safe and confidential space where you can speak openly. Together, we will begin laying the foundation for your goals and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
