I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and my professional background includes work in psychiatric outpatient hospitals, public schools, and private practice.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, and OCD. My name is Bernard Kofi Marfo, a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Hope Psychiatry & Associates located in Frisco Texas. My practice is licensed in IA, AZ, & WA. I have diverse clinical background in critical care, mental health consults, and medication management. I look forward to be part of the team helping you to get your life back and living happily.

I believe that therapy should be tailored to each client individually as it is not a “one size fits all" solution. I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Master's Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I spent the beginning of my career in mental health working at an MHMR, as well as with those struggling with addiction and eating disorders.
