Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being open about what they’re experiencing without fear of judgment.

My goal in therapy is to help clients better understand themselves while also learning practical tools they can use in everyday life. I have experience working with concerns such as anxiety, intrusive thoughts, emotional regulation, and feeling overwhelmed by school, relationships, or life expectations.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and supportive. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to build insight, confidence, and skills that help them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly while also working toward meaningful growth. I believe therapy should not only be a place to process emotions but also a place to learn helpful tools that can be used in everyday life.

In my work, I often incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and emotion regulation skills. I help clients explore patterns in their thoughts and behaviors while building coping strategies to better manage anxiety, stress, intrusive thoughts, and life transitions.

I aim to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs. My goal is to help clients gain greater self-understanding, build confidence, and develop skills that support long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a relaxed and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brings them to therapy, what they have been experiencing, and what they hope to gain from the process.

My goal during the first session is to understand the client’s story while also helping them feel comfortable and supported. We may begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss what approaches might be most helpful moving forward.

Clients can expect a collaborative environment where they feel heard, respected, and not judged. By the end of the session, my hope is that clients leave feeling a little more at ease and with a clearer sense of what working together in therapy can look like.
