Great to meet you!

I’m a Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner grounded in faith, science, and service. Trained in family and psychiatric care, I help clients navigate healing with dignity and truth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and faith-informed wisdom. I listen deeply, teach clearly, and help clients make sense of the “why” beneath their symptoms. Together, we build practical strategies that honor the whole person, mind, body, spirit, and story. I also provide medication management for mental health conditions.

What you can expect from me

Because that first session sets the tone for everything that follows. When you walk in, you can expect a calm, judgment-free space where you can exhale. I start by getting to know you: your story, your strengths, your concerns. Did it ever occur to you that being fully heard is part of healing? It is.

We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, clarify your goals, and map out a plan that feels realistic and respectful of your whole life. By the end, you’ll leave with a sense of direction, a touch of relief, and the reassurance that you’re not walking this road alone.
