Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience providing therapeutic services in wilderness therapy, crisis stabilization, residential treatment, and outpatient care. These varied settings have shaped my deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and my commitment to meeting clients wherever they are in their healing journey.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other complex mental health challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse clients and those seeking to better understand themselves, build sustainable habits, and make meaningful progress toward their life goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, Polyvagal theory, and a belief in the power of compassionate, collaborative care. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels both structured and soulful — a place where reflection, growth, and transformation are not only possible, but welcomed.

Whether someone is adjusting to a new diagnosis, moving through a life transition, or simply longing to feel more aligned and empowered, I offer guidance rooted in curiosity, clinical insight, and care. Helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and design lives that feel nourishing and intentional is at the heart of my work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your current challenges, strengths, and patterns, and we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and aligned. This is a space to be curious, honest, and collaborative — no pressure to have it all figured out. My aim is to help you feel seen, grounded, and hopeful about the path ahead.
