Great to meet you!

I am a strong believer, husband, father and advocate for holistic health, I am passionate about the outdoors, animals and staying active with my family. I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies from Abilene Christian University and my Masters degree in Community Counseling from University of North Texas.

My approach to therapy

The challenges of life can be overwhelming and often lead us to lose faith in ourself, others and God. We often find that the struggles we encounter seem far more difficult when we lack healthy support, begin to doubt ourself and don't set healthy goals.

Our approach encourages clients of all ages to develop healthy connections, explore innate strengths and pursue authentic purpose in order to face the challenges of life with confidence.

What you can expect from me

I like to use an nature based and experiential approaches to healing through animal assisted counseling, adventure therapy, expressive therapy and body-centered therapy. We will explore the connection between our mind, body and spirit as we pursue the skills necessary to foster an authentic connection with our self and the world we live in.
