Great to meet you!

Hello I’m Cinthia! I am the child of immigrant parents and someone who has faced the challenges of starting over in a new city. I know how difficult change can be and how much strength it takes to work on oneself. It can be hard taking that step to reach out for help. I would be happy to work along side you to provide that assistance! With over a decade of experience navigating the field, I have helped individuals in navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.

My approach to therapy

I want my clients to feel seen, validated, and supported. My approach is flexible. I draw from CBT, ACT, MI, and other methods because I believe therapy should fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

While I provide a safe and compassionate space, I’m also the kind of clinician who will gently challenge you when it’s needed. I want to see you grow, heal, and reach your potential. Together, we’ll work toward building a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you!
