I have worked in some capacity of behavioral health services for 12 years, helping people uncover their internal strength and find their authentic selves. I am a CA licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and specialize in treatment of trauma and addictions.
I approach problems from an attachment-based perspective and utilize EMDR, DBT, EFT, and ACT modalities to find solutions to what is causing you trouble. While my specialties are trauma-focused, I see individuals, adolescents, and couples facing a variety of challenges.
