Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Danielle, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, recovery, relationship stress, and major life changes, including many who identify as neurodivergent.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on helping clients understand patterns rather than simply manage symptoms. I integrate practical coping strategies, psychoeducation, emotional processing, and EMDR-informed work to support sustainable, long-term change.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and better connected to themselves.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that emphasizes emotional safety, self-understanding, and practical skill-building.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, burnout, recovery, and neurodivergent experiences, helping clients better understand patterns that feel overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to sustain.

My approach integrates education, emotional processing, EMDR-informed work, and practical tools tailored to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative first session focused on understanding what is bringing them to therapy and what they hope to gain from the process. We’ll discuss current concerns, relevant background experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to ongoing stress, overwhelm, or emotional difficulties.

We’ll also talk about goals for therapy, answer any questions you may have, and move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood, supported, and clear about next steps moving forward.
