Great to meet you!

I am energetic and after many years of practice I am still excited about what I do and how I can positively affect the lives of my clients. I not only listen but hear, and feel that I am deeply intuitive and empathic. I am very direct and to the point while using humor and relationship. I love nature and animals. I am at my best when in the ocean. I think most people describe me as smart and funny.

My approach to therapy

I understand how much courage it takes to reach out and allow another to assist and guide us to a place of greater happiness, wellness and understanding. I feel honored and privileged to connect with people and learn about their needs and desires for change. I really enjoy partnering with clients and collaborating on goals and visions for the future.

What you can expect from me

I am a dynamic and interactive clinician who uses humor and the human connection to bring about fast and measurable changes in the lives of those I touch. The environment I create is one of safety and trust. Typical outcomes include fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression, clearer focus and less pre-occupation with issues from the past with a more positive outlook on the future.
