Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building a meaningful and fulfilling life. Much of my work focuses on supporting people coping with chronic health conditions, chronic pain, infertility, grief, trauma, sleep difficulties, and major life transitions, including adjusting to new medical diagnoses. I understand that physical and emotional health are deeply interconnected, and I strive to address both in treatment. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop practical skills while learning to respond more effectively to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances. Depending on a client's concerns, I may also integrate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, clinical hypnosis, and other evidence-based treatments. Together, we work to build resilience, increase psychological flexibility, and create meaningful change that aligns with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant personal and medical history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I take a whole-person approach, so I am interested in understanding the emotional, psychological, and physical factors that may be affecting your well-being. By the end of the session, we will have identified initial goals and begun developing a treatment plan that feels personalized, collaborative, and aligned with your needs.
