Great to meet you!

I work with clients who often look capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or a little out of sync inside. Many are navigating ADHD or other neurodivergence, anxiety, identity stress, relationship or family strain, or the impact of military or service-connected life. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade supporting children with autism and their families across Hawai‘i, Oregon, and New York. Growing up in a military family and as the child of Filipino immigrants shaped my grounded, culturally responsive, and relational approach to care

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and adaptable, grounded in a strong behavioral and analytical foundation and blended with intuition, reflection, and evidence-based tools. I am interested in what is beneath the surface, not just quick fixes. Together we slow things down, notice patterns, and make sense of how your history, roles, and environment connect. Whether you are navigating neurodivergence, stress, identity questions, or relationship challenges, therapy with me offers a thoughtful, culturally aware space for insight and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I take time to understand your story, your context, and what feels off or unresolved right now. We will explore your strengths, stressors, and goals, and begin to identify patterns that may be getting in the way. You can expect a calm, down-to-earth conversation where you can show up as you are and start to feel more understood and grounded.

If something about my profile resonates, schedule a consultation so we can connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels like the right next step.
