Great to meet you!

I’m a doctorate-educated, licensed clinical mental health counselor with advanced training in trauma. I work with adolescents, adults of all ages, and couples who are ready to invest in their emotional health and relationships. In our work together, you can expect a focused, personalized space to address unresolved trauma, deepen self-understanding, and rebuild self-esteem.

We’ll use evidence-based methods to make steady, practical gains; clearer insight, stronger emotional regulation, and better communication. My aim is that you leave feeling more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate your life and relationships with intention.

My approach to therapy

I partner with you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and to make real, workable change. I use evidence-based methods and tailor them to your needs so you can build insight, regulate emotions, and practice tools that actually help—at home, at work, and in your relationships.

Drawing on trauma-focused psychotherapy and mindfulness, we’ll address immediate challenges while also working with the deeper patterns that keep you stuck. The goal: more clarity, steadier emotions, and choices that align with the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll have a space to explore what matters most to you, with guidance on confronting difficult emotions and taking accountability. You’ll develop clearer boundaries, more effective communication, and actionable strategies to enhance both your personal and professional relationships, leaving with practical tools to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
