Great to meet you!

I think you'll find I'm a highly trained psychotherapist, passionate about my work, and pretty darn good at what I do. People who are my clients seem to benefit from my care and dedication.

My approach to therapy

I like using a compassionate, non-judgmental, honest, direct, and empowering approach. I refrain from giving you advice and prefer helping you find answers within. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Creative Image Expression, Japanese Psychology, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.

What you can expect from me

People I work with can expect to participate fully and honestly in each session. Together, we'll examine your strengths and explore the tough stuff. The aim is that you'll leave each session with meaningful self-discovery and useful skills that will help you deal with big emotions, plaguing thoughts, and challenging circumstances in your every day life.
