Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in perinatal mental health. I help individuals and couples navigate pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, and other significant life transitions.

My clinical training includes practicing at UC San Diego’s Reproductive Mental Health Program and a couples therapy group practice, where I supported clients through relationship transitions, communication challenges and infidelity.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked at Make-A-Wish San Diego, an experience that deepened my passion for supporting people through life's most challenging moments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from parts work and attachment-based therapy, I help clients better understand the different emotions, needs, and protective patterns that emerge during this season of life. Together, we create space for both practical coping tools and deeper healing.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy can hold both depth and lightness, and I often use humor along the way. Whether you're joining from home with your baby in your arms or meeting with me in person, you are welcome exactly as you are.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to feel more like a conversation than an interview. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming, and judgment free environment where you can share your story and what brings you to therapy.

Using a compassionate parts work lens, we'll get curious about patterns, emotions, and protective strategies that have developed over time, recognizing that each part serves a purpose. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to support your healing and growth.
