Hi, I'm Ellet! I work with individuals and couples on a wide-range of issues, including trauma, gender and sexuality, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, OCD), and relationships. I am a transgender and neurodivergent clinician, and I feel especially comfortable working with similar populations. I am also experienced with non-traditional relationships such as polyamory and ethical non-monogamy.
Knowing each client is unique, I try to shape my approach to best meet your preferences and personality. I am prepared to hold space for the heavy, but I also appreciate moments of humor and connection. My style is direct and action-oriented. I'm not just going to ask, "How does that make you feel?" I'm going to ask, "What are we going to do about it?"
You can expect me to show up curious. I don't come into the room knowing exactly what approach will work for you, and I value your perspective and role in shaping therapy to be a unique experience for you. I want to know what's working/ not working, what you've already tried, what supports you have, and what creative strengths you want to pull from.
