Hi, I’m Adam. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisville, and I’ve spent my entire career in private practice over the past five years. My work focuses on helping people heal from trauma, and I’m trained in EMDR. I also work frequently with substance use concerns, depression, and anxiety.
I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from difficult emotions, healthier relationships, greater self-confidence, or support through a challenging season of life. Using a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, I help clients build coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and connected to the life you want to live.
