Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice rooted in safety, dignity, equity, and healing. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Saint Leo University, multiple certifications in crisis intervention, grief counseling, and victim services.
