I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky with over 7 years of experience helping people navigate life when it feels messy, overwhelming, or just plain stuck. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have spent my career walking alongside individuals as they find hope, healing, and a way forward through some of life’s toughest seasons.
I work with adults facing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, sleep struggles, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have a strong background in supporting people in early recovery from substance use helping them build coping skills, stay grounded, and create real, sustainable change (not just quick fixes).
Outside of session, I practice what I preach: I focus on my own growth, stay active, and try to keep life in perspective which means I get the ups and downs that come with being human. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I genuinely respect the courage it takes to show up. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you, challenge you when needed, and cheer you on as you build the life you deserve.

Headway helps you find expert-guided support for every stage of motherhood — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for postpartum therapists in Louisville starts with finding someone whose training fits the kind of support you want. Postpartum concerns can include postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth-related stress, identity shifts, and relationship strain. Some therapists focus on perinatal mental health, and a PMH-C credential can signal specialized training in care during pregnancy and the postpartum period. As you compare therapists, look for listed specialties, relevant experience, and approaches that match your needs.
Louisville offers a range of postpartum counseling options, but practical details can shape which therapist is a usable fit. New parents may need flexible appointment times, virtual sessions, or a therapist who can account for infant care, physical recovery, and changing schedules. Virtual care can make it easier to meet with a postpartum depression specialist when getting to an office is harder. Before booking, read therapist bios to see how they describe their work with postpartum concerns, what session structure may look like, and whether they offer a free phone consultation.
Postpartum therapy in Louisville can be expensive without insurance, and using in-network coverage is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs. Headway helps you find therapists who are accepting new patients and lets you check insurance coverage and estimated out-of-pocket costs before you book. You can compare postpartum therapists in Louisville by specialty, availability, appointment format, and insurance fit, then book directly when you’re ready.
