Hi! I’m Jackie. I want to start by saying thanks for being here. I feel deeply honored to have the privilege to serve others as a clinical social worker. Being with people as they share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings is a role I cherish immensely.
I started my career in the mental health field in 2019. I served my community in Southern Indiana as clinical therapist at a community mental health center working with adults, adolescents, and children as they navigated relationships, stress, life changes, difficult and traumatic experiences, feelings of depression and anxiety, along with other presenting problems. I also held roles in non-profit work as a clinical supervisor and treatment director, supervising other therapists as they served clients in the community.
I am trained in and draw from evidence-based interventions including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. I also pull from training in Nurturing Parenting, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Risking Connection, and Celebrating Families.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and moments that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. I work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of their next step.
My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. Whether you're processing something specific or just know that things don’t feel quite right, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful change.

My background spans IOP/PHP programs, outpatient behavioral health, medical social work, and veteran services. This range of experience allows me to take a holistic, collaborative approach that considers the full context of a person’s life — their health, relationships, environment, and strengths.
At the heart of my work is a belief that therapy should feel grounding, supportive, and empowering. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, explore what’s weighing on you, and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence and self‐compassion.
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings experience, steadiness, and genuine partnership to the process, I’d be honored to support you

Headway helps you find expert-guided support for every stage of motherhood — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding a postpartum therapist in Louisville starts with identifying what kind of support you're looking for. Postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety are among the most common concerns, but perinatal mental health also includes conditions like postpartum OCD, birth trauma, and mood changes that begin during pregnancy. A licensed provider — such as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or psychiatrist — with experience in perinatal mental health can help you understand what you're going through and build a plan that fits your life.
Louisville has a range of providers with perinatal specializations, but narrowing your options can take time you may not have. Consider what matters most: a provider's experience with your specific concerns, whether they offer virtual or in-person sessions, and their approach to care. Reading a provider's bio before booking can give you a clearer sense of their style and whether they might be a good match.
Therapy in Louisville can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before your first appointment, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find a postpartum provider who is both the right clinical fit and covered by your plan.
