Hi There! My name is Jess, and I am so glad you have stopped by my page. I have over 8 years of experience specializing in Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships, Mood Disorders, and Women's Issues.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with a lifelong passion for teaching and healing. My own journey through trauma and growth deepened my calling to support others. By blending professional expertise with personal insight, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing.
I work with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Alongside my professional growth, I’ve continued my own journey of authenticity and self-love — deepening my understanding of what true healing requires. This led me to create Heartfelt Holistic Healing, a practice that looks beyond symptoms to the root of what’s really going on. Together, we move toward lasting, meaningful healing from the inside out.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling, my approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a holistic understanding of mental wellness. I believe that mental health care is most effective when it is personalized and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families aged 16 to 65, providing care that is inclusive, affirming, and tailored to each client’s specific needs.
I am currently accepting new clients. Do you ever feel unseen, unheard, or like you carried responsibilities no child should have had to? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults and couples who grew up with an emotionally immature parent and still feel the effects on their relationships, self worth, and sense of self. Together we will explore these dynamics and how they shape your life today, and I will help you build the insight, confidence, and self trust to move forward. I also support people through anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, and the relationship struggles that come with all of it.
I am a clinician who believes that you are the most knowledgeable when it comes to your experience. I use skills building and resource tools to support you in claiming what you need from therapy. My approach combines tangible tools, affirming and safe practices, as well as somatic exercises to navigate what is bringing you into therapy.
I am licensed therapist in Texas, Colorado and Illinois with 19 years of professional work experience. I am well versed in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I have 16+ years of work with the United States military both stateside and abroad. I have my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I am certified as an Addictions Specialist.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of CO. I have received my Bachelor of Science in human services from Metropolitan State University, and my Master of Arts in school counseling and clinical counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I have spent 16 years in the mental health field working with diverse populations.
I love helping people develop skills to improve their lives, communication and relationships. It is important to know that one theory does not meet everyone’s needs, therefore I use many different approaches to helping my clients to build their own best version of themselves.
Hi, I'm Chelsea. I have worked for 6 years with teens and young adults as they navigate life. I am experienced in CBT, DBT and Existential approaches. I also have a faith background and work with people who are neuro-divergent. I am passionate about women's health and wellness as well as supporting the LGBTQ population. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD and life transitions.
I’m Thomas Moore, LPCC, a licensed professional clinical counselor providing therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity development, and complex relational patterns. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in repeating cycles such as overthinking, people pleasing, emotional shutdown, intense reactions, or difficulty maintaining stable relationships even when they logically understand what they should do. My goal is to help you translate insight into real change.
My approach is structured and compassionate. I integrate evidence based methods including cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation training, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and trauma informed therapy. Sessions focus on understanding why your brain reacts the way it does and building practical tools you can actually use outside the therapy room. This is not only about talking through problems but learning how to respond differently when they show up in real life.
I work well with clients who want more than passive support and are ready to build skills, increase self awareness, and interrupt patterns that no longer serve them.
What clients should know before starting
Therapy with me is collaborative and active and you will learn strategies rather than only venting. We will work on understanding both the emotional and neurological side of your reactions. Sessions focus on present day functioning while also addressing past experiences that still affect you. I may gently challenge patterns when it supports growth while maintaining a supportive and respectful space. Progress often comes from small repeated changes rather than sudden breakthroughs.
If you are looking for therapy that combines validation with practical change, we will likely work well together.
