Great to meet you!

Have you found it difficult to connect with therapists in the past, or do you feel hesitant about beginning therapy? If so, you’re not alone. In sessions, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your past and present to build the future you want. Together, we can work through any issues you may be experiencing, such as: anxiety, mood disorders, depressive symptoms, traumatic experiences, and challenges such as negative self-talk, perfectionism, and relationship difficulties. If this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire and Maine with over five years of experience in community mental health. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, each with their own story and challenges. I take a flexible, collaborative approach, drawing on EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support you in reaching your goals and creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in bringing warmth and compassion to evidenced-based therapy for clients who experience a variety of mental health challenges. Through a personalized approach, I aim to empower you to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and find balance in your daily life. If you have struggled to connect or find the right fit with therapists in the past, I encourage you to reach out.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work to identify the most appropriate intervention to meet your needs, with the aim of improving your mental health and well-being. In treatment I will create a space where you are in the drivers seat, so you will be setting the pace and I welcome feedback, which is necessary to ensure you are getting the most out of sessions. Finding the right therapist can be challenging, so I am happy to connect for a 15 minute consultation to see if I could be a good fit for you.
