Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I am a social worker with over a decade of experience providing clinical care. I received my Master of Social Work from Hunter College and have completed post-graduate training in Sex Therapy with Ackerman Institute for the Family.

My experience is working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence, particularly at the intersection of relationships, gender, and sexual orientation. I work with all adult individuals and specialize in CNM and kink.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on self-acceptance and discovering your authenticity. I imbue my work with humor and connection and draw from humanistic therapy to guide our sessions. Therapy with me is not "one size fits all" therefore you are just as important to the work as the therapy itself. I will help you to step into your authentic self and explore life's grief and joys in the process.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are unique and tailored to the individual need of my client/s. Expect to work collaboratively with me to set your therapeutic goals knowing that they are not linear and new desires continue to pop up through the therapeutic process. You will laugh. You may cry. You will leave session with something to think about. You may explore places within yourself, or your relationship, that you've never been!
