Great to meet you!

Available for sessions between hours of 9am to 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020 and obtained my license as an LPCC in 2023. I specialize in working with client's on anxiety, depression, life stressors, and past trauma. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. As a queer identifying person, I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have specific experience writing letters of support for trans & nonbinary clients seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy and/or gender affirming surgery.

My approach to therapy

With warmth and care, I utilize a strength-based approach in my clinical practice, inviting clients to learn new ways to cope and navigate life’s challenges, while raising awareness of our own resiliency! I utilize Feminist and Queer theory techniques, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR for a variety of concerns.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me, you will be met where you are at with empathy, softness, and gentleness. You will be validated, always be treated as the expert on your lived experiences, and given space to explore how to navigate life and healing. All discomfort leads to growth and this will be a safe and neutral space to move through those growing pains in connection.
