I have a private practice in Brewer, Maine, where I work with people from all walks of life. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and specialize in working with trauma. I have a special interest in working with kids, teenagers, and members of our transgender community. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and helping people live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

Modalities/Therapeutic Tools Used: Strengths-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI).
