Great to meet you!

Clients and colleagues describe me as open and accepting, warm and wise. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing stress, anxiety and depression. I have experience working with children and adults who have experienced trauma and I provide support by integrating psychodynamic, developmental, trauma, social learning and cognitive behavioral theories.

My approach to therapy

I offer a wide variety of transformational tools and therapeutic orientations for your journey towards healing. The modalities that inform my Therapy practice include Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness Work and Creative Art Expressions. I draw from recent studies in cognitive neuroscience and brain development

What you can expect from me

Would you like guidance for your journey in healing and gain deeper understanding and connections with yourself and others? I can provide support to gain a deeper understanding of what is keeping you from living the life you want to live and examine these barriers and support you in removing them. I enjoy working with people who are ready to listen to themselves and are ready to take steps towards transformation and have an openness for meaningful and fulfilling experiences.
