Great to meet you!

Felicia M. Stanley has been a counselor for eight years. Her work is fueled by her passion for accompanying people on their healing journeys! Felicia does not believe in a one size fits all approach to healing, and her style is holistic. She is familiar with metaphysical counseling and specializes in trauma work, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I have always been naturally drawn to healing and holistic arts. I have trained extensively in modalities designed to treat trauma, depression, and anxiety. This gives me an expansive toolkit full of resources to help you reach your therapeutic goals. My goal and desire are to help each person I work with live a life worth living that allows them to fully and wholly experience life. My approach to therapy is individual and holistic, treating the whole person and not just your issue.

What you can expect from me

My invitation is for you to heal and grow as we work together can include mindfulness, meditation, journaling, dream exploration, breathing exercises, EFT (Tapping), Reiki, calming & relaxation techniques, EMDR, ACT, DBT skills & more. Your healing journey will be tailored to fit your very personal and individual needs.

Through solid work together, you will tap into new thought processes & behaviors, find a harmony between mind, body, and spirit, and live a full, worth living life!
