Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate and collaborative therapy for adults (18+) navigating a wide range of life challenges. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also center my work around a strengths-based perspective, believing that each person already holds the capacity for growth and change.

I support clients with life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, and other emotional and relational struggles. Together, we work to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.

My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth. I aim to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe that people are inherently resilient, and I work from a strengths-based perspective—focusing on what’s already working while helping clients build new tools for growth.

I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This means we might work on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building emotion regulation and mindfulness skills, or strengthening motivation and clarity around your goals.

At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship—I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're navigating a transition, managing anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what’s most important to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater emotional awareness, and practical tools they can apply in daily life. Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, navigating a life transition, or building self-confidence, you’ll gain strategies that are grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

My goal is for you to feel more empowered, more connected to your strengths, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. Over time, many clients notice improved mood, clearer thinking, more balanced relationships, and a stronger sense of direction and self-trust.

Most importantly, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are validated and your goals are honored.
