Great to meet you!

I am a transparent, warm, honest, and caring therapist that helps guide you in the way you want to grow in your therapy.

I have both personal and professional experience in intensive outpatient services for children and families, and outpatient services for children and adults.

My therapies are flexible to the needs of the client, yet I will give you guidance when needed to be able to help you navigate your needs.

I'm a certified provider in military and National Guard life and ethical standards, and trauma methods of exposure therapy via CBT for trauma, and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

What kind of conversation do you like to have? That's my approach to therapy when we meet. This is a professional relationship that surrounds a lot of personal needs, and why not have a good conversation about next steps? That's my approach-a client-led way to guide your treatment goals.
