Great to meet you!

I am a certified EMDR therapist with an attachment focused approach to healing trauma. I graduated with my Master of Social Work in 2015 and I have been fully licensed since 2020. Over the past 10 years I have continued my educational training on best practices to treat trauma, eating disorders and attachment. My EMDR training and certification comes from EMDR International Association, the highest standards for EMDR clinical use. I am also trained in parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS) which are recommended for trauma and attachment therapy and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a short-term trauma therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a comprehensive therapeutic approach that helps regulate your emotions and build your inner strength utilizing therapeutic mindfulness, somatic work, and other interventions specifically targeted to regulate our sympathetic nervous system to help increase your peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will have the time to get to know each other. I will take time to understand your therapeutic goals and learn about the life circumstances that brought you to where you are today. Together we will identify the best therapeutic approach that will work for you.
