Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Haley- a trauma-informed, eating disorder specialist. I work with individuals 16 and older struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, body image struggles, chronic dieting, compulsive exercise, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I also support families who have someone within their family system struggling with an eating disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone. I believe that unwanted behaviors often make a lot of sense when we take the time to slow down and understand them in the context of our lives. They are not random or senseless- they are strategies, rooted in pain, trying to help us survive or cope.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to help them reconnect with their autonomy, trusting their ability to make clear, confident decisions in recovery. We work together to create a greater sense of understanding how you have come to be in the place you are, while slowly working to support you in making different choices that align with your values and who you want to become.
