Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Harper and I am passionate and dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and learn how to thrive. I began this work with a passion for working with trauma and quickly found a passion for supporting those in high-stress, service-driven roles—like first responders, healthcare professionals, and military members and their families. My advanced training is tailored to meet the unique needs of these communities. I also have experience working with complex personality dynamics, including Borderline Personality Disorder.

My approach to therapy

Authenticity is at the heart of how I work. I show up in therapy the way I hope you will—real, honest, and present. I won’t shy away from the hard stuff—if something needs to be said or explored, I’ll go there with you. My style is supportive, grounded, and direct. I believe that healing happens when we can be honest—with ourselves and with each other—and I’ll hold space for whatever you’re bringing, while also gently (or sometimes not-so-gently) challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel seen and understood in our work—but also challenged in the best way. You can expect to gain tools to regulate your emotions, understand your patterns, and shift the beliefs that keep you stuck. I aim to create a space that’s safe but not stagnant—where healing is active, collaborative, and real. You’ll leave sessions with new insights, practical strategies, and a stronger connection to who you are beneath the trauma.
