Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas with experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages. I have worked with clients who struggle with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, life transitions, ADHD, and more.

My approach to therapy

I use an approach that combines Exposure and Response Prevention with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat OCD and anxiety disorders. We are all unique individuals and there is no “one size fits all” treatment plan so we will collaborate to explore your challenges, identify your strengths, and decide which approach will best fit your needs.

What you can expect from me

My first goal is to create a warm and compassionate environment where you feel safe to share your story. I like to incorporate humor when appropriate as we explore what keeps you stuck, find ways to overcome barriers, and identify practical tools to help you live your fullest life.
