I offer evening and weekend appointments. I am very flexible; willing to accommodate your busy schedule.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is designed to assist individuals towards positive change using a treatment plan unique to them. We utilize evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Intertwined in those therapy modalities is a person centered approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Did you know that 4 out of 5 people have experienced depression or anxiety in their lifetime? But, making that call to get some help is often the biggest battle. I hope to put you at ease; to make therapy an enjoyable, peaceful experience. My clients are family - I want them to live their best life!
