I have two major passions in my work: 1) helping adults heal from past trauma and 2) helping teens struggling with depression, anxiety or self harm. With my adult clients, we focus on rewriting your story and learning skills to help you grow into the adult you needed back then. With my teen clients, we work towards understanding emotions and learning ways to manage or express them.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative, meaning you're the expert on your life. Your strengths, culture, and interests will be used as a foundation for our work. I utilize a blend of different types of therapy to best suit your needs, while also providing useful tips and tricks along the way.
