I have worked in wellness for over 25 years and bring a wide range of experiences. I am relational and believe whole heartedly that everyone can find new ways to engage in life in a way that cause less suffering.

I have worked in wellness for over 25 years and bring a wide range of experiences. I am relational and believe whole heartedly that everyone can find new ways to engage in life in a way that cause less suffering.
I am a meditation practitioner and teacher. I have been trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I have trained in DBT and CBT and I am also a Focusing Oriented Therapist and trained in Indigenous and land based practices. I work with intergenerational trauma and have trained in various therapeutic approaches to work with trauma, including system induced trauma and racialized trauma. I have extensive experience working with grief, anxiety and depression.
The first session is a discovery session, where the two of us will focus on assessing and evaluating, if this will be a good partnership, as well as, understanding what are the precipitating factors that have led you to seek support.
