Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, and substance abuse management. I’ve worked to develop extensive expertise in psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment development across diverse clinical settings. My most recent work has been in crisis inpatient, where I specialize in rapid assessment and initiating treatment plans for pediatric and adult populations.

My career spans roles in both inpatient and outpatient care, including positions in numerous hospitals and organizations in Arizona.

Professionally, I hold a Master of Science in Psychiatric Family Nurse Practitioner Studies from the University of South Alabama, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Mesa Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University. I’m licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Registered Nurse (RN) and hold a DEA/X-waiver license for Addiction Medicine.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, traveling, and going to the beach. When it’s not too hot, I love getting outside!

My approach to therapy

I believe in a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health care. My goal is to create a judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of your well-being. I take the time to understand your unique experiences and work collaboratively to find personalized, evidence-based treatment options that fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood disorders, I prioritize open communication and holistic care to help you achieve long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

As a patient, I work to give collaborative and goal-oriented experiences that are tailored to your needs. My sessions focus on understanding your challenges, exploring treatment options, and creating a plan that aligns with your mental health goals; whether that includes medication management, therapy recommendations, or lifestyle adjustments. I want every patient to leave their sessions feeling more in control of their mental health, knowing they have a dedicated provider who truly listens and cares. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to help guide the way.
