I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. Every visit goes beyond a prescription check. We will work together so you leave each appointment with a clear medication plan and concrete strategies you can actually use in your daily life.
My background as a nurse and former educator shapes how I practice: I explain things clearly, I involve you in every decision, and I focus on what works in real life, not just what looks good on paper.
Who I work with
I see adults, teens, and children, with a particular focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people who are navigating a late diagnosis, including the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out next steps.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency nursing, where I developed strong skills in crisis support, trauma-informed care, and compassionate communication. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2025. My training includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, providing care across the lifespan. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.
With a passion for psychology at an early age, I obtained a degree in Psychology prior to pursuing a career in Nursing. It is my honor to help patients achieve the life they envision.
I have been a double board-certified nurse practitioner for over 5 years, and I'm passionate about using my nearly 20 years of nursing experience to empower individuals struggling with mental health. Beyond my dedication to my family (married to a wonderful man and blessed with 4 lovely children), I find joy in exploring the world, having visited 5 continents! When I'm not caring for patients or navigating family life, I'm dreaming of adventures in the remaining two!
My name is Dupe, and I bring a unique blend of energy, open-mindedness, and a passion for empowerment to my work. I believe that a great partnership is built on trust and a shared vision for growth. Her style is collaborative and encouraging, focusing on building a strong partnership where clients feel supported, understood, and inspired to reach their full potential.
With over 9 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from childhood through older adulthood in navigating mental health challenges. I specialize in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder), psychosis, ADHD, ASD, and substance use disorders, including opioid and alcohol use disorder.
I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a Foreign Educated Physician and Pharmacist, which enhances my ability to provide thoughtful, holistic care. My approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial model, emphasizing patient-centered strategies that consider your mind, body, and environment.
I firmly believe in the possibility of recovery. Many of my clients are inspired to discover that, with adherence to an individualized treatment plan, meaningful progress and improved quality of life are achievable.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and guided toward the mental wellness you deserve.
Hello, my name is Sherri Crespin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing integrated care for complex mental health challenges, including personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, substance use disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, mood disorders, and bipolar conditions. My practice recognizes these conditions are interconnected in ways requiring specialized understanding.
I chose these specializations because I understand how trauma influences personality development, how ADHD complicates substance use recovery, how symptoms emerge during extreme stress, and how these complex interactions require providers who see the complete picture. Whether you're in recovery while managing other conditions, dealing with personality patterns that developed as survival mechanisms, or navigating multiple diagnoses, I bring the expertise needed for comprehensive care.
My approach emphasizes evidence-based treatments and the healing power of being truly understood. I recognize that seeking help for stigmatized conditions like personality disorders takes tremendous courage, especially after negative experiences with providers. I create a therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences without judgment or shame.
You can expect a thorough assessment, personalized treatment planning, and consistent support throughout our work together. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and thrive in your daily life.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right psychiatrist in Tucson starts with understanding what kind of care you need. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication, and in some cases provide talk therapy. If you're looking for help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or medication management, a psychiatrist may be the right fit. Psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) can also prescribe and manage medication and are another option available through Headway.
With providers practicing across Tucson — from midtown and the University District to Oro Valley and Sahuarita — narrowing your search can take time. Consider what matters most to you, whether that's a provider who specializes in a specific condition, offers virtual appointments, or practices near your neighborhood. Reading a provider's bio can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match before you book.
Psychiatry sessions in Tucson can be expensive without insurance. Using your in-network benefits is one of the most reliable ways to lower your out-of-pocket costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs upfront, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find a psychiatrist who is both the right clinical fit and covered by your plan.
