Great to meet you!

I have always wanted to be in a career that forces me to try to be a better person. I think it's working, and it's a lifelong process. My successes and struggles have taught me radical empathy and compassion. I have boundaries, but I flow with my clients. I'm not afraid to tell clients my opinion or to challenge them to try something that's a little difficult; but I will not push. My goal is to have you feel safe in your body, in your relationships, in your career setting, and the natural world.

My approach to therapy

I work to make a client-counselor alliance for their healing. I use evidence-based practices to breakdown the thoughts, feelings, and history that comprise their difficulties. I guide clients to take action in their lives to help them see which fears are warranted and which are illusory.

What you can expect from me

Action steps. Affirmation. A sense of compassion from the therapist. Working with the client and adjusting the process to the client. Clients will be able to take charge of their environment, their behavior, and their emotions. There ability to navigate the world creatively, courageously, and proactively. I believe my clients can become more easy going and satisfied through this process.
