Great to meet you!

I have a passion for working with children, families and adults on the Autism Spectrum and with other Neurodevelopmental differences. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge working with children and teens who have suffered emotional, physical, and sexual trauma.

I am certified in ADOS-2 testing for the clinical assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy. I meet the client where they are and therapeutic interventions are tailored to my clients individual needs. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, compassion/mindfulness focused practices, structural family therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focused therapy, and play therapy.
