Great to meet you!

I'm Jenna, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping you reconnect with yourself, untangle old patterns, and create a life that feels more meaningful and joyful to you. I bring warmth and compassion to help you process what’s been holding you back, and move toward a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and joy. I work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship struggles, obsessive compulsive disorder, stress, and trauma. Together, we’ll work toward rediscovering your confidence, and help you start to feel more at home within yourself.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me are typically a mix of reflection, curiosity, and empowerment. You can expect a calm, open space where you can be yourself and explore what's holding you back from the life you want to live.

My approach is specific to each person’s needs and goals, but generally I use a client-centered lens, and modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

My style is warm, compassionate, and gently challenging, with some humor sprinkled in when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

You’ll know I’m a good fit if you’re looking for a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine; where you can be yourself and feel both supported and gently challenged. My clients tend to appreciate a warm, grounded approach that blends depth work (like EMDR) with humor, compassion, and practical tools for change.

In our first session, we'll get to know one another, identify your goals for therapy, and collaborate on a plan to help you reach these goals.

The best way to know is to come to a first session and simply see how it feels!
