Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals heal and grow. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to providing trauma-focused therapy, specializing in EMDR and Progressive Counting, alongside other evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

With eight years of experience in harm reduction and chemical dependency, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my practice, supporting individuals in their journey toward lasting well-being. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space for healing, resilience, and personal transformation.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing that trauma can be a profound force—whether creating new challenges or amplifying existing ones. Through this lens, I prioritize trust, respect, resilience, collaboration, empowerment, and compassion, ensuring that therapy feels like a space of connection and support.

Think of me as your personal trainer for emotional strength and coping skills. I am here to guide you through healing and growth, helping you build confidence while ensuring that you are met with understanding—not judgment.

What you can expect from me

Every therapy session is designed to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported—leaving with a new perspective or tool to carry into daily life. My role as a clinical therapist is to help you build confidence in yourself, improve your quality of life, and recognize that you are capable, resilient, and deserving of the life you envision.
