Great to meet you!

As a rehabilitation neuropsychologist, I pay close attention to how medical issues, difficulties in daily functioning, cultural issues and relationship aspects not often discussed can be significantly impacting your life. These are all important factors that can help you regain the control in your life. Let's work through it together.

My approach to therapy

My aim is to help you find a method unique and helpful to you to overcome challenges. Our experiences, health and cultural upbringing influence our judgment and how we approach different issues. I can guide you through these daily struggles using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Through this process, we embark on a journey towards self discovery and reflection.

What you can expect from me

I help my clients find confidence and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and regain some of that control they lost. Many of today's solutions for stress-related problems and daily struggles are drawn out and impersonal, leading so many to feel like they are not making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique to you, so every step is individually tailored with your end goal in mind.
