Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York. I work with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also work with families to improve communication, healthy expression of emotion, and understanding. In the past I served as project director of a community mental health program where I provided clinical supervision and training to masters and doctoral level staff, as well as clinical psychology PhD students.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy integrating a psychodynamic relational framework with cognitive and somatic approaches. I also utilize mindfulness and parts work (IFS).

What you can expect from me

My style with clients is warm and down-to-earth. I challenge you to make changes while bringing compassion and empathy to our sessions. My goal with clients is to help you learn to fully embody your emotions so that you are able to live in your fullness and make decisions in life that give you joy and make you feel alive.
