Great to meet you!

As humans we find ourselves in situations that can cause anxiety, depression, and we struggle with change. We learn what it means to start new relationships, make a career change, go to school, and move away- and it's hard, but I'm here to help you navigate all the ebbs and flows of your every day life.

My approach to therapy

Beginning your journey in counseling can seem daunting, but taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies. As your counselor, I will always provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring the hard topics, but also talk about the things that bring you joy and levity, all while learning new ways to cope and harness the tools that you already possess. Life is about balance. Let's work together to find that balance and create space for growth and peace.

What you can expect from me

We will work to make a plan to help you find new ways to cope and also harness the resiliency and inner strength that you already possess. I will always provide a space that is non-judgmental and safe for you to talk about the difficult times and also express those moments and people that bring you joy and levity.
