Great to meet you!

I've wanted to be a therapist since I was a teenager and I still can't imagine doing anything else. It is such a great privilege to hear your life stories. I think it takes a lot of bravery to walk into my office and share your inner thoughts and feelings with me, especially if you haven't experienced a lot of empathic listening in your life. As a fellow frequenter of the couch myself, I know how hard it can be! And also, how deeply meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in offering therapy that focuses on relationships, attachment, and empowerment. I hope to not only create a safe and supportive space, but in the Philly spirit, also bring a little grit and humor to my work.

What you can expect from me

We will work on identifying sustainable goals together, increasing somatic awareness, restoring your resiliency, and honoring your strengths. But most importantly, we will build a unique and supportive relationship, which will provide the foundation for growth and healing.
