Great to meet you!

Welcome! Seeking therapy is a wise and adaptive choice that can help you build connection with self and others by enhancing your capacity to face current stressful situations, the past, and relationships. Sometimes personal patterns can make it difficult to live and share life in a way that is meaningful and honors your values.

My approach to therapy

I have more than 15 years of experience in the field and work through a trauma-focused lens to address problems like anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, pain and health issues, transitions, grief, and relationship problems. My approach is nonjudgmental, curious, honest, compassionate, and with humor when needed and helpful.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, therapy is a collaborative partnership that helps identify stuck points, builds resilience, and develops strategies to pursue the life you deserve. Walking with others on their therapeutic journey is always an honor. I am eclectic in practice but am grounded in methods like IFS, CBT, DBT (standard and radically open), EMDR, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and IFS informed therapy. Get in touch and we will work toward your goals together!
